PUR PRODUCTS

Would you like save money in the manufacturing of a PUR or polyurathane item? Did you know that it can be made of epoxy materials instead of a metal mould? The start-up costs of manufacturing a PUR product with epoxy moulds is much lower and they can also be used to make prototypes and small batches cost effectively.

VACUUM MOULDING / THERMOFORMING MOULDS

Moulds are made of wood, aluminium or a polyurathane-based resin mixture. The selection of moulding material depends on batch size and quality characteristics required for the product.
